Hello everyone! My name is Amanda Smith and I am a second grade teacher here at St. Matthias School. I am thrilled to work in the school where I grew up and I am so grateful to have, what I believe as, the best job in the world. I have worked with all age levels and I love coming to work each day. My Education:
I, myself, attended St. Matthias School. I grew up in Ridgewood and attended school there for my entire life. I recieved both my Undergrad and Graduate degree at St. Joseph's College in Brooklyn.
My Hobbies and Interests:
I'm a self-proclaimed foodie. I love to watch cooking shows, try new recipes, or experience new restaurants. When I'm not reading a good book I love to do yoga to have some relaxing time. I love music and theatre and you will definitely see all sorts of creativity and art incorporated into our class.
